Resposibilities of this role:
* Serve as a resource for the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products.
* Work with Data Center architects to ensure that the developed and deployed capabilities align with the business architecture and meet performance goals.
* Lead the effort of developing component build plans Server, Storage, Database, Facilities, etc. to support the construction of the infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the requirements and adhere to the implementation guidelines as set forth in the Data Center Implementation Plan
* Involved with planning and implementation of low to medium risk changes on high profile production systems
* Resolve incidents affecting the operation availability of high-profile production systems
* Analyze web performance indicators and recommend improvement actions
* Monitor vendors release notes and plan necessary upgrades and patches as required
* Interface with project implementation teams to determine clarify technical requirements
* Carry out acceptance QA checking on newly implemented systems and verify they are fit for production operation
* Participate in quality management reviews, in particular design reviews.
Qualification and Requirements
* VMware Certified Professional
* Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
