Our client partners with leading health providers and puts women's health first. They seek an Information Systems Manager to join them for a 6-month fixed term contract. The Information Systems Manager will be responsible for the development and ongoing support and maintenance of the system (ITIL Level 2 & 3 support). The manager will be supported by a small team of business analysts, developers, and testers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the development, support & maintenance of the system
  • Contribute to the system review including an architecture review
  • Lead delivery on up to four (4) development projects and contribute to the delivery of planned software & hardware upgrades
  • Ensure SLT for response times and remediation of issues with the system (and related products) are met
  • Review and re-establish the system enhancement prioritisation process including consultation and communication with stakeholders
  • Communicate activities and priorities of the system team to customers
  • Brief the Director IT and relevant Executive on critical incidents including resolution and prevention
  • Active member of the IT leadership team including attendance at management meetings; leading a quarterly team meeting; and attendance at Board and Executive meetings as appropriate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing information systems (enhancements, integration, and remediation)
  • Advanced skills in patient/client booking management systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills, ability to prioritise stakeholder requirements
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, ability to deliver objectives on time
