Our client is a large and successful Australian Bank who are looking for an Implementation Manager to implement new standards, reporting and governance processes throughout the Organisation to improve Model Governance

Responsibilities:

  • Implement modelling standards - Quant models
  • Implement process, roles and accountabilities for models
  • Leverage technology to automate processes
  • Lead change management and stakeholder efforts for model governance initiatives

Skills and experience:

  • 5 years+ experience leading in modelling
  • Must have Banking/Financial Services experience
  • Project management and negotiation experience
  • Commercial orientation, financial literacy and a passion for problem solving
  • Strong communication skills, including experience in preparing written stakeholder updates and presenting to various sized audiences
  • Experience drafting standards or policies and worked in reporting role
  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field, such as business, risk management, science
