Skills
- understanding of financial services industry and regulatory framework
- Proven understanding of project delivery frameworks and capability to drive and execute complex initiatives.
- Contact Center experience is a plus.
- Operational experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of work within Agile
- Experience working with all lines of risk within a business
- ability to understand member needs and drive simplification and improvements to enhance Customer experience
- Ability to develop and manage strong relationships, both internally and externally, with people at all senior levels
- Ability to get across technical information and solve complex problems.
- The ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple priorities in a very fast paced environment
