Large financial client based at the Sydney CBD are currently looking for a Implementation Manager for a 6 months contract with potential extension.

Skills

  • understanding of financial services industry and regulatory framework
  • Proven understanding of project delivery frameworks and capability to drive and execute complex initiatives.
  • Contact Center experience is a plus.
  • Operational experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of work within Agile
  • Experience working with all lines of risk within a business
  • ability to understand member needs and drive simplification and improvements to enhance Customer experience
  • Ability to develop and manage strong relationships, both internally and externally, with people at all senior levels
  • Ability to get across technical information and solve complex problems.
  • The ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple priorities in a very fast paced environment
