About the role
The Implementation Consultant is primarily involved in implementation delivery and customer optimization. They will understand the delivery framework and the specific solutions and accelerators that have been developed.
From a technical perspective you will be a certified NetSuite professional and have detailed expertisein a NetSuite OpenAir.
This role is based in Melbourne and occasionally travelling to New Zealand office.
Key Competencies
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of appropriate external and internal implementation methods
- Has functional and technical implementation experience and is an expert in standard NetSuite.
In addition, subject matter expert knowledge in the following areas:
- Design, implement and document NetSuite process (Open Air)
- Conduct training of the new implemented system
- Total application experience >5 years covering understanding and application of the implementation processes
- Has functional and technical implementation experience and is an expert in standard
NetSuite. - Facilitate client workshops focused on understanding current business process and
requirements to collaboratively design future state
