The Role
To provide Technical support of the day-to-day operations of the Identity and access management system as well as playing a key role in a number of large-scale projects
Key Accountabilities:
- support and maintain the Identity and Access management solutions, with a large focus using software such as Okta
- Be a key part of a number of high-profile projects, including large scale application migration project to Okta
- adherence to ITIL based operational support and delivery processes to provide high availability and useability to the systems
- Evaluate new system software's
- internal & external stakeholder engagement
- Develop & maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of the business's Identity & Access Management software
- Identify and action key risks in ICT Infrastructure
Essential Experience
- Strong Experience in Identity & Access Management
- Proven experience using Okta
- Extensive experience in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on systems performance
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong experience connecting with internal and external stakeholders
- Possess Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences
- ITIL certification
- Tertiary Qualification or significant relevant work experience
