About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting management including scheduling meetings and workshops, preparing meeting minutes, pro-actively following-up action updates;
  • Managing all project support of the Program, governance support and preparation of briefings;
  • End to end management of the onboarding process for new starters including preparing and submitting access requests, procurement of hardware, building/site induction;
  • Maintain and update onboarding process documentation;
  • Consolidation of project change requests, risks, issues and weekly and monthly status reports;
  • Organise Team Meetings and staff events;
  • Supporting Program Managers and PMO Lead as required.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years previous administration/team coordination experience within an IT PMO;
  • Demonstrated project management support skills in a multi-stream project;
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision;
  • Confidence to call out issues and process deviations as required;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities of the Program;
  • Previous NSW Government experience in a similar role
  • Clarity for reporting
  • TRIM for document management
