IT Technician
The IT Operations team of one of our premier clients is seeking an experienced Technical Assistant to perform daily tasks associated with administering the IT Service Management system and producing regular IT Operational reports.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide quality support for the IT Operations daily activities
- Basic Technical & Methodological knowledge
- A basic Computer knowledge and IT equipment
- A basic knowledge on Windows, MS Excel,
- Good communication skills
