Peoplebank are currently recruiting for a IT Systems Admin for a 3 month contract, (potential extensions) based in Adelaide.
We are ideally looking for candidate to start immediately, albeit January starts are possible.
The position is responsible for managing a range of expert project and infrastructure planning functions that ensures the overall and stable operation of the organisation's IT infrastructure.
This includes defining, establishing, developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimising key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, security and telecommunications systems.
The position also oversees, schedules and directs activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
Skills and Experience
- Manage various System Administrative (Windows), Networks, Communications and liaison with ICT Security
- Communicate and collaborate with of business and technical stakeholders
- Provide authoritative, advanced IT advice and support services to users, work colleagues and service partners
- Experience - enterprise system management experience. Working on projects both refresh and new system, interacting with Application Development and Security teams etc. Unix skills on top of the Wintel Skills would be a bonus
