The Role

To provide L1 and L2 support to all clients and staff, ensuring IT information is processed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Level 1 - 2 support requests, phone calls and walk-up requests. Monitor, follow up and advise users on the progress of outstanding support requests logged into the ITSM database.
  • Apply diagnostic skills to investigate and resolve problems in services including networks, hardware, email, video conference, software applications
  • Providing support to the wider IT Team to manage, install, test and troubleshoot new technology and systems
  • Assisting in reviewing technologies to determine suitability for our business
  • Supporting SME's in the implementation of supported applications & systems
  • Conduct IT audits - Maintain, assign IT devices and assets
  • Assist with the selection, purchase and upgrading of CRN ICT hardware, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile

Essential Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computing or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years Help Desk and Level 1-2 support experience
  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills
  • Active directory, SharePoint, Service Now (or similar ITSM tool), MS Teams, Office 365 and Windows 10 experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail
