Peoplebank are currently recruiting for multiple IT Support Engineers - Level 2 and Level 3 (Desktop and Server mainly) to work on a 6 month contract position, based in Adelaide (extensions highly likely, or even a permanent job)
In this job you will be working within a dynamic and close knit team to support a large user base, across a number of sites in Adelaide (some travel around Adelaide is required, so you will need a valid Drivering Licence).
Well presented, with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, you will have 5+ years' experience supporting a wide range of IT technologies.
Customer EXCELLENCE will be at the heart of everything you do.
As for technical skills - you will need the following (not everything is required, but the more the better!)
- Server: Windows 2003 to 2019, DNS troubleshooting, AD Troubleshooting, GPO configuration and troubleshooting, Certificate, User accounts, Permissions, MDT. Basic DHCP knowledge (Time server, Router gateway, WINS, and WPAD). Network Policy Service (Configure from ground up). Basic understanding of Hyper-V, ESXi. Software deployment knowledge via GPO (if applicable)
- Network Switching and Wireless: Multiple brands majority HP and Cisco, Basic understanding of VLANs and Trunk, Understanding of RADIUS setup, Routing and firewall (at least basic understanding). Change and Configure, General troubleshooting e.g. spanning tree, SSID's Radius settings, Patching, Updating firmware
- MDM: MDM experience with apple? (e.g; Apple configurator, JAMF, Meraki MDM, Apple school manager), MDM with Chrome book (e.g. G-suite); ZEN (Samsung)
