Our client is one of the hottest and fastest growing tech start-ups in Australia.
They are looking for 1 IT support Engineer to join their team to provide level 1&2 internal IT support.
For this role, you must have:
- Excellent Mac/Linux support experience, setting up new users/accounts and laptops, managing single sign-ons etc
- G Suite administration experience
- Ability to configure single sign-on for applications such as AWS and Slack using SAML and OAuth
- Deploying Mobile Device Management (Experience with Apple Business Manager & Device Enrollment Program is a plus)
- Linux server management - preferably with Ubuntu Linux
- Excellent communication adn interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive attitude; taking ownership of issues
