We are looking to hire an experienced Solution Engineer - Office 365 for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
The successful applicant must have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Microsoft Engineer or Systems Engineer or Solutions Engineer
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Solution Design
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Office 365 - this includes SharePoint, MS Exchange and SOE
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Active Directory management
- Minimum 3 years experience with managing the Microsoft 365 platform - Exchange, Sharepoint, Power Apps, Azure
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing, managing and implementing SOE, preferably driving transformational change, SCCM
- Sound technical skills in Citrix and mobile device management (MDM), Remote Access solutions
- Leadership skills - ability to take charge when needed
- Good communication skills - liaising with the stakeholders on a regular basis
- Able to start within 2 weeks at the latest
