An exciting opportunity exists to join a high performing Service Desk team that offers technical support level 1 - 2 to over 1000 users across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a permanent role within a small team that pride themselves on offering exceptional customer service and technical support. You will get the opportunity to be involved in company projects and other general operational / support tasks including but not limited to:
- Analysing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests
- ITIL ticket management
- hardware and software installations
- Server administration
- Network troubleshooting
- Daily maintenance of IT systems
We are looking for someone that has
- Demonstrated experience working within a Service Desk / Desktop support environment providing level 1 - 2 technical support.
- Experience with Mobile device management
- Experience with providing remote support using VNC, TeamViewer, or similar
- Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP
- Strong verbal communications skills essential as is the ability to assist novice and experienced IT users
- Be a team player but have the ability to work autonomously and think outside the box
- MCP certification, itil certification highly desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
