An exciting opportunity exists to join a high performing Service Desk team that offers technical support level 1 - 2 to over 1000 users across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a permanent role within a small team that pride themselves on offering exceptional customer service and technical support. You will get the opportunity to be involved in company projects and other general operational / support tasks including but not limited to:

  • Analysing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests
  • ITIL ticket management
  • hardware and software installations
  • Server administration
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Daily maintenance of IT systems

We are looking for someone that has

  • Demonstrated experience working within a Service Desk / Desktop support environment providing level 1 - 2 technical support.
  • Experience with Mobile device management
  • Experience with providing remote support using VNC, TeamViewer, or similar
  • Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP
  • Strong verbal communications skills essential as is the ability to assist novice and experienced IT users
  • Be a team player but have the ability to work autonomously and think outside the box
  • MCP certification, itil certification highly desirable
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
