Our Federal Government client is seeking suitably qualified and experienced ICT Service Desk Technicians for an immediate start contract until 30 June 2019 with extensions option at the client's Canberra city location.
Our client has a requirement for up to two suitably qualified and experienced ICT Service Desk Technicians to support ongoing business operations including incident and service request management, as well as administration of the Department's mobile device fleet.
The successful candidate with possess the following:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in the delivery of IT Service Desk Support Services in an Australian Public Sector capacity (or private sector equivalent);
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in the following:
- will have a technical background and demonstrated experience working on an IT service desk,
- maintain strong oral and written communication skills,
- work under minimal supervision to deliver customer service excellence.
