Peoplebank are currently recruiting for two ICT Service Desk Analyst roles for one our best clients, based in the Adelaide CBD.
These are initial 3 month contracts, with rolling extensions from there.
You must have at least 2 to 3 years prior ICT Service Desk experience, working in a structured (ideally ITIL) environment.
Responsibilities Include
- First level, phone based IT support role for a large internal customer base
- Strong focus on first call resolution.
- Experience working with call logging tools
- ITIL training / experience would be ideal (not essential).
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Good problem solving / troubleshooting
- Team player
- Working with Children's Check (formally DCSI Child related check) required prior to commnemcnet
