Peoplebank are currently recruiting for multiple ICT Service Desk Analyst roles for one our best clients, based in the Adelaide CBD.

These are initial contracts to the end of financial year - 30th June 2019 (with extensions highly likely)

You must have at least 3 years prior ICT Service Desk experience, working in a structured (ideally ITIL) environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Phone based IT support role for a large internal customer base, with strong focus on first call resolution.
  • General ITIL oriented focus role. ITIL training / experience would be good, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Good problem solving / troubleshooting
  • Team player
  • DCSI Child related check required prior to commnemcne.t
