Our client a leading healthcare company is currently looking for an experienced Application Service Delivery Manager who has a strong understanding of SDLC to join its IT team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the IT Function through management of service. You will work closely with suppliers to identify areas of improvement ensuring fit for purpose, ensuring SLA's are met.
Responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will have a proven background in Commercial/Vendor/Contract management capability. a. Demonstrated experience managing vendor contracts for services to ensure the delivery of outcomes in line with contract objectives, customer requirements, and agreed service levels. b. Monitor contract performance and compliance in accordance with the contract, contract management plan, risk management plan and organisational policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong Service Delivery Management experience (5 years +)
- Proven background within SDLC
- Vendor Management/Contract Management
- Setting up SLA's and holding vendors liable
- Risk Management
- Excellent Communication Skill
