The responsibilities revolve around the uplift of process and capability across the whole IT security team, this includes:
Uplifting operations process
Uplifting vulnerability capability
Uplift Identity process and capability
Tool use optimisation (Microsoft, Cyberark)
Drive Compliance
Hire new team members
Automation uplift
The successful candidate will have experience in security operations uplift or has gone through a transformation. You will be an experienced leader and enjoy working in a close-knit team. Furthermore the successful candidate will be supported by leadership to drive and make changes according to a "best fit" alignment.
