Our client is a leader within financial services. Due to a large technology transformation we require a Senior IT Project Manager to join the team. The environment is such where you will be running projects end to end, from business case through to handover - with a focus on Disaster Recovery
The role is around the implementation of Disaster Recovery Capability for IT systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Business case development
- Vendor evaluation
- Budget, schedule and reporting
- Working with different business units
- Working with executives
- Technical stakeholder management
The project will also be responsible for the development of plans and coordination of the approach to test and validate the delivery of the solutions - in line with Business Continuity requirements.
This role will also very closely with technology resources - we do require a hands on Project Manager to be able to have technical conversations.
