Our client is a leader within their Industry, they pride themselves on operating a very people orientated office and their delivery to their customer. Due to a huge technology uplift including a large digital theme we require a IT Program Manager to join the team.
The responsibilities are around delivering multiple concurrent projects relating to technology and digital uplift. These include:
- Program/Project set up and reporting
- Risk and Issue management
- Driving delivery team
- Driving an Agile methodology
- Onboarding and aligning business stakeholders
- Reporting to C level and executives
- Business Change Management
- Managing Vendors and onboarding
The successful candidate will have delivery experience within both large and small organisations (with tight delivery dates), you will have exposure to government/regulatory environment and have clear experience in multiple technology project delivery.
The environment is moving towards a more agile approach with Agile coaches, there is a large digital these and multiple vendors on board. The scene is set for a fantastic program of work.
This is genuinely a very exciting program - we need a confident Program Manager that is excited by the challenges of a technology/digital uplift program.
