Our client is seeking an IT Process and Management Consultant for an initial 6 months contract.
Immediate start
The IT Process and management Consultant will be responsible of the following:
- Facilitate the collection and collation of relevant Disaster recovery data on the information and business needs of stakeholders; following ITSCM processes, guidelines and best practices documenting requirements and relevant information.
- Manage and support teams to adhere to existing ITSCM process including planning, testing, scheduling for effective outcomes and audit traceability.
- Manage Critical Incidents as and when they occur liaising with counterparts around the globe to provide around the clock coverage.
- Manage process and product improvements in the Service Management domain.
- Provide effective reporting across process and key initiatives.
To be considered for thsi role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology
- IT Service Management experience
- Basic knowledge of PC operating concepts and terminology, and business process management principles and procedures including the analysis, streamlining and documentation of business processes.
- Real estate or construction industry experience will be highly regarded
