Our client is a leader in within financial services. They pride themselves on leading the market from a technology perspective and also driving an internal culture of growth and collaboration. Due to continued growth we seek an IT Major Incident and Problem Lead to join the team.
The responsibilities of the role revolve around end to end Major Incident management and also proactive activities, these include:
  • Vendor governance
  • Incident Management
  • Trend Analysis
  • Progress Tracking
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Uplift ITSM
The successful candidate will ideally come from a corporate or financial services background. You will have strong experience in major incident work. Exposure to cloud environments and also Microsoft is also ideal. You will have knowledge of Service Now and be motivated by working in an evolving and growing environment.
