Your New Role

As a key member of IT you will work closely with the wider operations team to provide first level support and system administration to our Client's end users.

  • Manage day to day system administration including new starter setups, security maintenance, data cleansing, email alerts, workflow creation and deactivation of any departing users.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager and provide general technical support and advice to the wider Operations team
  • Go to HQ contact for all technical, hardware and software matters in the first instance
  • Regularly consult with end users to gain further insight into their system usage and feedback.
  • Contribute to ongoing system development including analysing and constantly reviewing business processes and solutions to support growth.

Your Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience providing a high level of first level IT system support to 50-100 users based across a range of geographical locations.
  • Has strong technical skills and experience in Windows, Adobe and Office 365.
  • Can confidently setup, install and troubleshoot a range of hardware independently including laptops, desktops, monitors, smartphones and audio-visual equipment.
  • Has a strong customer focus and has successfully managed customer expectations within prescribed service level agreements.
  • Prior experience maintaining inventory management of all IT, Audio Visual and other technology equipment.
