Role details:
This is an opportunity for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join the applications team and support on the delivery of a wide range of projects. Responsibilities will cover tasks such as requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, supporting cutover activities and providing BAU hand-over artefacts to support team. In this role you will be focusing on Bridging the gap between the business and IT and possess a strong understanding of IT principles
Key Responsibilities & duties
- Requirements Gathering conducting business workshops, interviews with key end-users and process mapping workshops. This includes collaborating with vendors and industry bodies to implement best-practice and fit-for-purpose solutions
- Act as liaison between business teams and technical resources to define how IT capabilities can support business functions and satisfy the needs of a particular business unit
- Manage the PPM tool-set and coordinate the application team
- Manage business expectations and key project stakeholders
- Support Resource Capacity Management and analyse captured metrics for improved resource planning
- Communicate to stakeholders continuously
Technical Qualifications / Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of Business Analysis and project management experience
- Previous experience working on the major IT projects
- Understanding of ERP System; preference SAP
- Knowledgeable of ITIL processes
- Strong Microsoft Suite including; PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Sound Understanding of the System Development Life Cycle
- Business Process Mapping Methodologies (i.e. BPMN)
- Knowledge of Wrike PPM tool
- Experience in IOT, RFID
- ERP integrations management
Salary $80, 000 - $100,00 package
