Our Client:

Our client has a dominant presence within the superannuation industry, they are currently seeking an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Operations Analyst to join on a permanent basis.

The IDAM Operations Analyst will be joining the information security team within the operations and technology division. They would be primarily responsible for leading the end-to-end analysis and governance for identity and access data, metrics and reporting across User Access Management and Privilege Access Management

About the role

You would be involved in:

  • Proactively identify and respond to Information security emerging identity threats and/or access control incidents across the organisation's IT Asset base (incl both On prem and Cloud based environments)
  • Review, access and identify security gaps around IDAM lifecycle and access packages including On-boarding and off-boarding, User provisioning and de-provisioning, Modern access management capability, such as single sign-on (SSO), federated identities, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and privileged account management
  • Coordinate and lead technical identity and access implementation and change management activities such as PIM, PAM, SSO and MFA
  • Logging, updating, and closing of all security incidents reported via Microsoft Azure or related Access management platform, IT Service Desk and Security Operations Centre (SOC)
  • Providing advice, training, and direction to Service Desk staff in the initial processing of any identity and access related security incidents

To be successful for the role, you would ideally:

  • Minimum 5 years of advanced IT skills with a minimum of 3 years of information security work experience
  • Thorough working knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Modern access management tool set including but not limited to B2B, B2C, PTA, PIM/PAM, AAD Identity protection and SSPR.
  • Experience responding to, analysing, triaging, and collaborating the resolution of information security incidents or risks in the environment
  • Proven skills in assessing and improving overall security controls environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal technical documentation related experience
  • Information security related training and certifications such as ISC2 SSCP, CCSP and/or Product security certifications (Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Security)
