Title: ICT Training Coordinator
Location: Canberra
Type: Contract
Duties:
- Design and develop ICT training programs and plans in face-to-face, eLearning, virtual and other emerging training formats.
- Oversee the design and development of ICT training programs, both outsourced and in-house, and supporting the management of training budgets.
- Select appropriate training methods or activities and communicating and administrating available training to employees.
- Conduct agency-wide training needs assessments and identifying skills or knowledge gaps in all areas of ICT policy, communications and training.
- Conduct training for staff applying adult learning principles.
- Develop and deliver train-the-trainer sessions for all ICT trainers, developing a community of practice for trainers and conducting annual reviews on delivery.
Essential:
- Minimum 3-years' experience in an ICT training development and administration role
