Peoplebank are recruiting for multiple IT Helpdesk / ICT Service Desk Analysts to work in the Adelaide CBD on a 6-month contract, starting in February 2022


Responsibilities

  • Supporting a wide range of internal employees with their ICT needs
  • Responded to User queries, via phone, email and messaging.
  • Use you excellent troubleshooting skills, to enable you to have a strong focus on first call resolution.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to keep Users up to date with the resolution of their problems.
  • Escalate problems as needed to 2/3rdlevel support


Skills and Experience Required

  • 1+ year of prior work experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk is mandatory
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work between the hours of 7am and 7pm (7.5 hours per day on a rotating shift pattern), Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
  • Prior experience working in a ITIL (or similar) environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • National police Clearance needed prior to commencement
