Peoplebank is a preferred supplier to number of Commercial, State and Federal Government organizations for professional ICT contract staffing.

We are currently recruiting for a ICT Service Desk Analyst.

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate strong customer service attitude along with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. You will have a proven ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets coupled with the ability to work cohesively in a team environment. On top of this, you must have excellent technical knowledge and be able to maintain documentation as well as abide to SLA's.

You MUST have previous experience in a Service Desk role.

Demonstrated experience with the following technologies will be highly regarded:

  • Active Directory
  • Windows XP, 7 & 8
  • Exchange 2003, 2007 & 2013
  • MS Suite
  • Call login system

Ideally, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills. You will also have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships along with the ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.
