Title: ICT Network Business Analyst
Location: Canberra
Contract: Upto 11 Months
About Role:
The ICT Network Business Analyst, under general direction, will work independently to develop business focused documentation to clarify business requirements and models for an evolving and dynamic Project Management Office (PMO). The ICT Network Business Analyst will investigate problems and requirements whilst contributing to effective solutions and completing multiple tasks within the team.
Seeking for an ICT Network Business Analyst who can think critically and utilise their excellent problem solving skills, as well as undertake negotiations, delegate effectively, and make timely decisions.
Candidate must have a current and active NV1 Clearance in order to apply.
Essential Skills
- Engage with customer and stakeholders to understand their goals and current processes and the effectiveness of current technology in meeting required outcomes.
- Capture ICT and Network requirements and map business processes to ensure that they are aligned with the strategic goals of the PMO.
- Manage and articulate business requirements in a manner that supports internal design and development activities, and/or externally contracted deliverables.
- Support the development of business documentation including tender documentation and business system testing documentation.
- Identify data collection requirements, develop data analysis processes and produce business intelligence reports from the data warehouse.
- Enable the resolution of requirements issues and ensure all work completed meets quality standards and quality control measures.
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) or Agile Business Analysis practices.
- Knowledge of IT systems design and development processes.
