Our Client:
Our client is a family owned business who are involved in supporting the Mining, Construction, Industrial and Manufacturing industries. They are currently looking for an ICT manager on a permanent basis. This position will be based out of their head office in Ballarat.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Operate effective security control over both hardware and data access
- Ensure that all staff, as appropriate, have access to 24x7 voice and data communications
- Effective operation of the company ERP system- Dynamics Nav/Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Effective operation of the company CRM system- HubSpot
- Develop and maintain Power BI report tables allowing access to core company data for reporting.
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- 10 years' experience in ICT, of which 5 should be in a management role
- Must be an IT generalist able to be hands on across all areas of ICT
- Have experience in ERP and CRM systems
