Our Government Client is seeking the support of a talented and enthusiastic ICT Desktop Support Officer to provide level 1 technical support and excellent customer service principles and practices. Our client is seeking multiple candidates for an initial 3 Month contract working out of our clients North Canberra office.
The Successful Candidate will Possess:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent Communication Skills in both Oral and Written form
- Exceptional ability to liaise with stakeholders including business units and customers to troubleshoot problems and identify the root cause of incidents
