Our Government Client is seeing an experienced and well rounded Business Analyst for a Cloud adoption program. This is a 6 month contract role, working out of our Client's North Canberra location.
Within this role you will be working on a Cloud program that will deliver a suite of new services and service initiatives to improve the Client's experience for sourcing ICT infrastructure and software solutions. Working in parallel to the delivery of the enabling technology, you will work with internal business areas and directorate consumers to transition the business to new delivery and operating models. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skill and a customer-first mindset as the work requires baselining current processes and designing improvements based on automation, customer value and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in:
- Undertaking analysis and modelling of current and future business and information management environments.
- Analysis of client requirements and collaborate with technical specialists to develop fit-for-purpose solutions to business problems.
- The ability to actively support clients as they analyse their requirements for proposed business solutions.
- Coordinating requirement walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with stakeholders that process models and user artefacts accurately represent business needs.
