Responsibilities:
- Understand the current state
- Understand the target architecture
- Detail Requirements fleshed out with business
- Identify approaches to ensure integrated business plans
- Detail Implementation plan to get from current state > requirements > target state
- Phased Implementation of Services defined such as Infra , Sec and defined capabilities e.g Azure and SAP
