Our client is a large NSW government entity, where they are responsible for the delivery and coordination of various activities for the residents within NSW.
A Salesforce BA is required by our client to join their expanding team. The ideal applicant would be equipped with Salesforce and have at least six years of working experience as a business analyst, preferably in the CRM implementation and transformation projects.
Responsibilities including:
- Writing detailed Salesforce user stories
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders from various level
- Actively participate in System development & enhancement
- Produce documenetation at various levels - business case and BRDs
- Collaborate with the testing team to facilitate UAT testing
Skills and experience
- Minimum 6 years of exp as Business Analyst
- Must have Salesforce experience - preferably with transformation projects
- Experience working with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communicaton skills
