A Leading IT company is in need of Senior Platform Engineer (Hybrid Cloud/Devops) in Sydney CBD for a long term engagement.
The successful candidate would be joing a dynamic team and working for multiple cloud platforms. The platform will support both Containers and Server-based deployments.
- Manage product lifecycles by delivering, monitoring, and improvingtechnology products
- Deploy integrated platforms and solutions
- Build systems that install, configure, deploy and monitor platform solutions
- Optimis platform and solution performance
The candidate will possess the following:
- Strong passion for automation and repeatable processes
- Strong and advance AWS experience
- Excellent problem solving skills with a "can-do" attitude
- Multiple cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare)
- Extensive DevOps experience
- Has either Terraform or cloudformation experience
- Technologies: LINUX (CentOS, CoreOS, RancherOS), containers (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD (Bamboo, Jenkins, Ansible), Programming and Scripting (Shell, Ruby, Python), Network Security and AWS Services
