Our client is one of the leading universities within Melbourne. They are currently seeking a Business Data Analyst on a FTC until the 10th December 2021.
In this role, you would be providing evidence-based analysis, guidance and recommendations on the workforce or people management processes through the use of person, position, structure, workload, process outcomes and other related data, and often in context to relevant higher education sector benchmarking data. They are looking for someone who is analytical and has analysed HR Policies (EBA, Pay Rates, etc.)
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Solid communicator as working with directors and a range of HR stakeholders
- Microsoft BI Suite experience
- Need to be solid with excel
- Previous experience analysing similar data before
