We are currently working with the leading Australian Insurance Broker who are seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist.

You will undertake the following responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • High level of customer service for incoming phone calls and requests through call logging system, ensuring incidents and requests are responded to in a timely manner, and followed up where required
  • General maintenance of IT-related hardware/software
  • Identify problems which require additional expertise and take appropriate action, including escalating to Networking team as appropriate
  • Setup of Video Conference equipment for meetings
  • Management of mobile technology

About you

You will possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a professional services firm
  • Exceptional client service
  • Previous IT Helpdesk support experience
  • Self-motivation with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
  • Strong communication and prioritisation skills
