We are currently working with the leading Australian Insurance Broker who are seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist.
You will undertake the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
- High level of customer service for incoming phone calls and requests through call logging system, ensuring incidents and requests are responded to in a timely manner, and followed up where required
- General maintenance of IT-related hardware/software
- Identify problems which require additional expertise and take appropriate action, including escalating to Networking team as appropriate
- Setup of Video Conference equipment for meetings
- Management of mobile technology
You will possess:
- At least 2 years' experience in a professional services firm
- Exceptional client service
- Previous IT Helpdesk support experience
- Self-motivation with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Strong communication and prioritisation skills
