Graduate IT and Digital Recruitment Consultant

We have an urgent requirement for six graduates to join our organisation immediately to perform a recruitment consultant role.
You are self-driven, thrive in achieving outcomes and love a challenge. As a key member of our team, working closely with our Relationship Managers you will be responsible for the provision of full end to end IT contract and permanent recruitment services.
You should possess some of the following key skills/ attributes for this role:
- A can-do attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills – able to build rapport with people quickly
- A strong team player with proven capabilities of working within a team
- Ability to manage yourself on a day to day basis and drive your own performance
- A great attitude, initiative and willingness to share with your peers within a team environment to ensure the ultimate goals of the team and organisation are met
- Competitive
- An IT degree would be an advantage but not mandatory
