The Role
The roles and responsibilities of Full-Stack Developer will include:
- Implement front and backend components using object-oriented principles, design patterns and practices using Angular and Microsoft technology stack.
- Apply software development best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality, testable software components.
- Author applications and APIs in adherence to Parks Victoria Secure Coding Standards.
- Participate in technical discussions and advise technical teams on best practices, possible solution approaches while adhering to industry standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like, daily stand-up, release planning, sprint review, retrospective.
Desired Experience Profile
Proven commercial experience in following technologies and practices:
- Angular, NgRx, NX (nx.dev)
- Front-end testing tools such as Storybook, Cypress, Jest
- C#, .NET Core, REST API, Entity Framework Core
- Test Driven Development for both front and back-end
Additional desirable skills and technologies:
- Azure DevOps ecosystem, SOLID principles, Swagger, Azure Active Directory
In addition:
- Have 5+ years of proven full-stack commercial software development experience
- Must have excellent Typescript/JavaScript skills
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving abilities, can-do attitude
- Excellent written & communication skills
- Solid understanding of application security authentication and authorisation principles
- Strong self-management, self-organisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Strong customer focus service ethic and interpersonal skills
- Current Victorian resident preferred
