About the role:
As part of the Digital team, you will be working on the development of a new platform that is set to transform the Global construction industry. Leading a collaborative team of high performing Engineers who are developing the front-end of the platform.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Engineers who are developing the platforms front-end
* Ensure the team has the right vision and tools they need to deliver
* Provide guidance, and mentorship to your team
* Work closely with stakeholders such as the Product Manager, Head of Engineering, other Team Leads and Architects.
Skills and experience:
* Strong experience as a Software Engineer
* Experience in technical leadership/management
* React / Typescript / JavaScript
* BIM tool experience would be considered as highly desirable
