Job Description

Our Federal Government Client is seeking an experienced and skilled FileNet Administrator for a long-term contract role in Canberra. Within this role you will be responsible for upgrading FileNet/Case Manager, automating FileNet Case manager deployment and working with solution teams to automate solution deployment.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with Enterprise Content Management products. FileNet, Case Manager and WebSphere Application Server installation and administration experience is preferred
  • Minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated infrastructure support experience
  • Technical skills/experience in administering in a Linux environment:
    • FileNet Content Platform Engine
    • IBM Case Manager
    • IBM Content Navigator
    • FileNet/Case Manager Configuration Tool
  • Technical skills/experience in administering in a Linux environment:
    • Enterprise Records Manager
    • FileNet Deployment Manager
    • Content Search Services
    • Case Foundation
    • Case Analyser
    • Content Analytics
    • WebSphere Application Server
  • Experience with DB2 database administration
  • Knowledge of document capture solution - DataCap
  • Solution design & documentation skills
