Job Purpose

  • The Field Supervisor will be responsible for a specified area as allocated by the Field Services Manager, to provide infield support to the Regional Deployment team on all activities associated with Network Planning & Deployment
  • The Field Supervisor shall promote a collaborative relationship with regional Delivery Partners and external Stakeholders and will be responsible for driving compliance to our clients standards (HSE, Quality, Stakeholder Engagement etc.) across all deployment programmes.
  • The Field Supervisor will identify, communicate & resolve all key influences on the Project including risks and issues utilising standardised measurement reporting platforms
  • This is a Max Term position of 18 months duration

3.1 Knowledge & Experience e.g. qualifications or indicative years of experience:

Good understanding of construction &/or activation methodologies and practices.

A good understanding of Project Management methodologies and concepts across all phases of a project lifecycle.

Experience in a Civils or Telecommunications environment.

X

Experience in a contracting environment with demonstrated ability to influence and direct third party organisations to achieve desired outcomes.

X

Experience with high volume network rollouts including: civil design and construct practises, cabling practices, copper/fibre jointing and splicing.

X

Experienced in project Completions / Handover requirements and processes.

X

3.2 Practical/Specialist/Technical Skills: e.g. Keyboard, Software Distribution, etc.:

Risk identification and management.

Construction scheduling.

X

Contract Administration, including determination of claims.

X

Ability to perform basic software tasks - Excel, MS Word etc

X

Use of ATLAS Auditor and assignment of work packages to supervisors

X
