Their team has grown to 70, with a Scrum based software engineering group of 30.
Their market leading and unrivalled B2B platform, puts them in a unique position to become the industries foundation platform for all data, services and technology. This step involves extending their solutions into mobile-led B2C products which will seamlessly connect parties in a four million user ecosystem for the first time ever.
They are currently hiring extensively, and plan to double their team. Working in squads, they now need to hire 2 x team leaders who have a deep understanding of .Net/Scrum/Agile environments capable of driving the engineering delivery. This role is not a technical role, it's more about understanding the people and ensuring you motivate the team to accomplish goals, unearth their true potential and strive for greater results through strong leadership, guidance and open, clear communication.
You will be reporting to a CTO who has a personal passion for software development and harnessing the capability of emerging technology, and who has a reputation for his talent in guiding and supporting talented engineers and technical leaders to take their next career steps. He has an amazing track record of his team members being promoted into roles both inside the companies he has worked for, as well as into high profile roles within the technology sector.
You will have experience working in Microsoft based product development environments, and backgrounds that may suit this role are:
- Tech Lead
- Scrum Master
- Agile Project Manager
- Engineering Team Lead
- Development Team Lead
This is not a hands-on tech role. You will be managing the scrums and development team so you must demonstrate a background in a similar role. This position could propel your career into an Engineering Manager role in the future.
