Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Technology, you will be responsible for undertaking and coordinating a wide range of activities to ensure that Enterprise Technology services are delivered to a consistently high standard. The primary focus is to improve the customer experience employees receive and ensure they have the necessary technology tools and support to enable them to meet the organisation's strategic plan. This broad and "hands on" role encompasses: End-user environment provisioning, management and support; Data centre infrastructure provisioning, management and maintenance; Hardware and software procurement, asset and Configuration Management Database management.
With a relevant tertiary IT qualification, you will have a strong fundamental understanding of IT and the innate ability to work in partnership with managed service providers, partners and suppliers. Your professional approach and high level of self awareness will be critical for engaging with all levels of the organisation. The appointee will have exposure to environments of significant organisational change, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain change resilience.
Australian citizenship is a prerequisite for this role.
