EDM Specialist /Campaign Operations
Immediate requirement for an Email Production Specialist to join this Leading Global Marketing Cloud Services Provider. This is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent. Based in Melbourne or Sydney
- Builds email campaigns, templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and AMP Script
- Uses database and automation tools to ensure emails are dynamic and efficiently-coded
- Assures client emails render correctly across a variety of email clients and devices
- Responsible for conducting preliminary testing for functional and rendering quality
- Aligns with assigned Quality Assurance resource to assure perfection
- Documents customer specific processes and work instructions related to the build proces
Desired Skills & Experience
- BA/BS in Web Design and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency.
- 2+ years' experience in front-end web development with strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML and CSS
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps
- Experience testing in multiple browsers or email clients with a strong sense of web design and UX fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client facing consulting skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and
- strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and customer deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, ASP, Object Oriented Programming, and SQL Server is a plus
- Knowledge of email compliant HTML and email marketing platforms a plus
