Responsibilities:
- Lead EUC Service Management (Catalogues)enhancements - Packaging, DCS and WVD.
- Run weekly EUC meeting
- Stake holder management, Technical & Process consultations - EUC Desktop & Packaging.
- Attend and provide EUC updates in the Daily Operations meeting
- Attend CAB and represent EUC changes
- Responsible for Transition to Operations for EUC services
Skill & Capability Requirements:
- Solid experience in mobile device management using Intune
- Experience with Application packaging and deployment using SCCM
- Desktop Computing Services like having knowledge on tools like SCCM, Core image build process, patching etc.
- knowledge on tools like SCCM, Core image build process, patching etc.
- Good experience in messaging/Email Services
