Our Client:
Our client has a dominant presence in the Banking and Financial Services Industry. They currently have an opportunity within one of their large fulfilment data teams for a ETL Developer for an initial 6 months.
In this role, you will be giving the opportunity to work purely on development across a number of regulatory projects and within a small tight knit team.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Develop software-based solutions for aligned internal business divisions, including the influencing of design, development, configuration, systems testing, and/or support of business solutions
- Ensure all configuration changes to be planned and documented before implementation
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Excellent MSSQL2008-2017 T-SQL/SSIS skills (SSAS/SSRS is a plus)
- Excellent Data Warehouse and Database design skills
- Experience with SAS Platform is a plus
- Experience with AWS / Azure Cloud services is a plus
- Experience supporting a production service
- Excellent analytical skills and proven track record solving difficult problems
- Experience with test automation & continuous delivery
- Experienced in Agile / Scrum projects
