Overview
This role will be working in a Big Data project. We require a Data Engineer who has worked on scalable solutions.
You will be working on Telecommunications Infrastructure and Devices
MAIN DUTIES
- Authoring ETL/batch/Streaming workflows connecting to various data sources through Apache Flink into a Graph Database
- Designing, building and maintaining scalable data ingestion/collection systems
KEY SKILLS
- JAVA Scala
- Working in a Linux environment using Docker OR Red Hat OR Centos
- Previously worked with data stores with Oracle AND/OR PostgreSQL AND/OR ElasticSearch AND/OR Flat files
- Skills in documentation using Confluence AND/OR Jira AND/OR Sphinx
- Authoring applications/microservices in Java (REST AND/OR SOAP AND/OR XML)
- AGILE
